WHAT WE THOUGHT

The 4 Day Win is a refreshing take on weight loss. It explores the idea that it has a lot to do with the way you think about food, and how changing your mindset can aid in losing weight.
Martha Beck uses down to earth language and for those people who are struggling with yo yo dieting, it would definitely be worth reading.
Some of the chapter names are hilarious – the first being “Why Are You So Damn Fat?” will grab your attention.
