WHAT WE THOUGHT

When I was younger I used to love reading the popular “Choose your Own Adventure” series, Pretty Little Mistakes is an adult version of these. While I found this book to be quite dark, and most of the time I found my character ended up dead, the fun part is being able to go back and choose a different life.
This book has over 150 endings to choose from, so you can keep going back until you are satisfied with the outcome. This is the first novel from Heather McElhatton, who is a DJ and producer based in New York. Her writing is down to earth and the book is at times both funny and tragic.
This is a good read for when you are short on time as you can finish one story and go back and change it next time. At the end of each chapter you have a choice to make, just like the crossroads you face in real life that could change everything.
It is worth grabbing a copy! Enjoy!
