The Pink Lady Chocolate Bilby

The Pink Lady chocolate Bilby evolved as a nod to conservation. The native Bilby is otherwise known as the Rabbit Eared Bandicoot, or by its indigenous name, Walpajirri. With its habitat largely destroyed by rabbits, and hunted by foxes and feral cats, sadly the Bilby is now a threatened species.

The Pink Lady chocolate Bilby was first created in 1994 when the company commissioned a local wildlife sculpture to create a model of the Bilby, from which a chocolate Bilby was then crafted.
