the home

We built our lovely cottage 6 years ago in a gorgeous leafy suburb of Perth. We live near the city, the river, a large nature reserve, cafes and best of all a large shopping centre.

the garden

I love pink roses in my garden. The name of the house is “Belle Fleur” which is the name of a fabulous restaurant in Antwerp, Belgium. We were very lucky to have lived there for 4 years.

the kitchen

If we ever moved I would have to replicate this kitchen in the new house. My favourite part is the cover over the range hood. But the whole kitchen is so feminine and pretty.

the lounge

This room is full of natural light and is where I work most of the day. It is such a wonderful space to be in. Plus it looks out over the street so I can watch all the comings and goings of the neighbourhood.

the dining area

This is my favourite room that I insisted we have when we built. There are full height windows on 2 sides and 4 metre stacking doors at the end.

You feel like you are sitting outside when you still have the luxury of sitting inside. It is a fabulous space to entertain friends in.
