This online shop is fairly easy to navigate and the categories can be accessed from the home page or top bar. We would have liked to see some of their best sellers featured on the homepage, but in general you shouldn't have too much difficulty finding your way around.

Postage is $10 up to 3kg and sent by Express Post using Australia Post. There is free postage on orders over $150. Postage is fairly slow, however this is due to the products being handmade and is expected so they can be freshly made. Overseas postage is price on application.

You can select from direct deposit, Paypal or money order.

Joliv genuinely care about their customers, and it is obvious each product is lovingly handmade. They are quick and efficient when responding to emails and always friendly.

All products were neatly wrapped and packaged safely and securely.
