The Jane’s Hotel series has been extremely popular, and now the main character Jane is back to help out in her husband’s realty business.

You need to build your own cities from scratch, starting with power and water utilities. You then work on building up your houses, which need furnishing before tenants arrive.

Money is made by collecting rent, and houses can be upgraded or more expensive ones purchased as the levels progress. The fancier the house, the more rent it will generate.

Each level is time limited, and I did find it quite difficult to complete some of the levels as I kept running out of time. This may be frustrating for some players, but those who are looking for more of a challenge should enjoy the extra pressure.

There are different cities to work through, and most levels require some forward planning to be able to complete them in time.

You can purchase a shop to buy additional furniture, a bank to collect the rent for you and a workshop for extra workers. If your tenants become unhappy they will leave and you will need to redecorate, but to prevent this you can give them “gifts.”
