In this book of scrumptious meal ideas and desserts, you will find healthy twists to traditionally “bad foods”. I have made quite a few dishes from this book so far. A favourite in my home is the chocolate cake which contains beetroot. Undoubtedly the best cake I have ever made, the puree adds to the flavour while still being carefully disguised.

The book is based on concealing purees in different foods. It describes how to puree the ingredients correctly, and in most cases all you need is a blender.

I am very impressed with this recipe book, and you will be amazed how delicious everything is. The instructions are easy to follow and are targeted to those with normal cooking abilities (no chef certificate required).

There is even a hot cocoa drink that is complete with sweet potato! It might sound strange, but try it, you are sure to find something you love in this book.
