This online shop is easy to navigate and the products are set out in specific categories so you can find what you are looking for. All contact and delivery information is located down the bottom of the website and we had no difficulty finding it.
If you are new to buying cloth nappies, it can be an extremely confusing process but Cushie Tushies have plenty of information available on the different types and how to use them.
On the product pages it would have been nice to see some matching items, for example “this goes with that” but overall we were impressed with the navigation aspect of this online shop.

Cushie Tushies have a medium range of high quality cloth nappies and accessories.

Postage is based on Australia Post rates, but you do have the option for express or registered post if you need it. The product arrived fairly quickly and safely.
payment - 5 kisses
You can select from direct deposit, credit card or money order. They also allow purchases by layby which is an excellent feature, especially for those expecting a child.

When contacting Cushie Tushies they are quick to respond to emails, and when placing an order you are notified with status updates.
We always received a friendly and helpful response and felt like a valued customer. The shop has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
packaging - 5 kisses
All products were wrapped beautifully and we loved unpacking this order. Everything was gift wrapped and could be given as a gift as is.
The products were excellent and extremely good quality.
